By downloading or playing SINGULARITY (the “game”), published by VoidForge, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or re-host the game or its assets.
The game — including its code, art, audio, names, and design — is and remains our property, protected by copyright and other laws. These terms transfer no ownership rights to you.
The game is free and supported by ads. Optional rewarded ads (such as REVIVE or DOUBLE SCORE) grant in-game effects only. Scores, ranks, and milestones have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and may be adjusted by balance changes in updates.
Don't exploit bugs, tamper with the game's storage or network traffic, or misrepresent scores (including in the daily run). We may patch, rebalance, or reset progression where needed to keep the game fair.
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the game (or any feature, such as the daily run) at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data (including local save data), arising from your use of the game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the game — which is zero.
How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. Playing the game means you have read it.
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version at this address with a new effective date; continued play constitutes acceptance. You may end the agreement at any time by uninstalling the game.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
