This policy describes how VoidForge (“we”, “us”) handles information in SINGULARITY (the “game”), available on Google Play. The short version: the game has no accounts, asks for no personal information, and keeps your progress on your device. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob, which processes limited device data described below.
None. The game does not require registration and we do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal information to our own servers. We do not use analytics SDKs.
Your best score, daily-run bests, milestones, rank progress, and settings are saved in the game's local storage on your device only. They never leave it. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game permanently deletes this data.
The game shows interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads (e.g. REVIVE and DOUBLE SCORE) served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To serve and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process device information, including:
This processing is governed by Google's terms, not ours. See Google's Privacy Policy, how Google uses data in AdMob, and AdMob ad technology providers.
If you are in a region where consent is required, the game shows Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) before any ad is requested. You may consent to personalized ads, choose non-personalized ads, or manage vendor preferences. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time from the game: Pause › PRIVACY OPTIONS.
The game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are requested through Google's certified ads SDK in accordance with Google Play's ads and families policies.
We do not sell data. We do not share data with anyone, because we do not collect it. The only third party that processes device data in the game is Google (AdMob / User Messaging Platform), as described in section 3.
The game runs locally and communicates over encrypted connections (HTTPS) only for ad serving and consent management. No gameplay data is transmitted.
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to the processing of personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, such requests generally apply to Google as the ads data processor — see the links in section 3. For anything else, contact us and we will help.
All game data lives on your device: go to Settings › Apps › SINGULARITY › Storage › Clear data, or simply uninstall the game. There is nothing to delete on our side.
If the game ever adds features that change how data is handled (for example leaderboards or cloud saves), we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety section before release. The effective date above always reflects the latest revision.
